Would Sydney Consulate process TRV application after 10 days or With in

Am filipino citizen and got residency visa here in NZ.. Sydney Canadian consulate recieved my application on the 28th of May. Writing them of the urgency of my application. would they consider of expediting it or they will stick the processing times.. ur advise highly appreciated.

Did they send notification when you got your visa? Or did they just send it straight?
