Hi friends,

I successfully completed my secondary education.
I studied for a 2 Year diploma in Huma Resource Management and graduated in 2016

I married and my husband is working in Singapore.I came to Singapore with a visit visa.

Unfortunately, my dependant pass didn't get through (Eligibility is having $6000 monthly salary). And it is a well-known fact getting a Job except in IT industry for a foreigner is literally impossible without experience. And we have proof that many email looking for a job.

The only choice is to look for visa extension and stay as much they allow and revisit. Never overstayed

She has been traveling every four months back and forth with the intention of living with me.
I also didn't have any other option or go back due to I have a good job.
So she had compromised her education from 2years for the relationship.

Due to the long period of time, she had been done nothing now she genuinely desperately needs to continue her study.

And I also will apply dependent visa to stay with her while she is studying.

Would this complication consider when she applies student visa to Canada under study gap?

I had 4 years gap and showed my employment to cover it up .

What did you do in the 2 years gap ?
Did you get married ?

I can't understand , how many people are writing the above post .

If husband is gonna travel with wife , how is he gonna support the family ?

Thank you for your reply,

Yes, I'm married,
2years nothing but traveling between SriLanka and Singapore with tourist visa due to my Husband working In Singapore and due to my Dependant pass rejected. Is it consider valid excuse for study gap?
If we have money in the bank for two years of study for me and living expenses for both of us., Would it consider valid proof of funding?

Did you get married recently ?
If yes , you can write in the SOP that you needed some time to get back to education life .

If you were attending any course , improving language skills i.e appearing for "IELTS" that can be shown to void the gap .

Is your husband traveling with you as a dependent ?
If yes , then here your ties to home country will be zero , and the VO officer would think you both are immigrating .

I'd suggest you apply alone .
That's my opinion .

Like I said , it doesn't matter how many years gap you had .
You just have to prove what you were doing in the gap .

Employment , marriage ( in case of women ) , improving language skills are acceptable .
Just explain it out in your SOP .
