WOULD MY BABY GET HIS/HER CANADIAN CITIZEN STATUS IF BORN IN CANADA

hello everyone!

I am in such a mess and stress right now .. i hope someone here can help me and guide me in what to do..
I finished my school in canada 2 years ago, I have a general business diploma from lethbridge college, AB, I havent applied for my residency yet,... still working on it...
I have a post secondary work permit and I have been employed within my field of study for the past 2 years, even tho I still dont have enough points to qualify for my PR according to this new express entry thing, I am a finance assistant...

Anyways, im pregnant, and I will be going on maternity leave here in Feb, my baby is due Feb 15..... My boyfriend is a canadian citizen, we broke up and he hasnt been very active towards the whole baby thing, and is most likely he will give me full custody... so baby will have my last name... so my questions are

Will my baby be qualify to get his canadian citizenship?
How can I apply if my ex doesnt want anything to do with baby?
and will I be able to get mine too? even tho is a dif process?

Your baby will automatically be a Canadian citizen upon their birth in Canada. Your ex's involvement is not relevant at all.

and will I be able to get mine too? even tho is a dif process?

Your baby's Canadian citizenship will do nothing to help you yourself get citizenship or PR. You still need to qualify for and apply for your own PR status independent of your baby, and same with your own citizenship after getting PR.

I currently filled out my express entry profile and i delted by accident, then i got an email, saying

"Thank you for telling us that you’re no longer interested in participating in Express Entry.
You have voluntarily withdrawn from the Express Entry pool of candidates. You are no longer eligible to be invited
to apply for permanent residence in Canada as a skilled immigrant.
If you have registered for Canada’s , you must remove your profile from that website. You must
also remove any references that you are a candidate for Express Entry from any private job board websites, if you
used any.
You will have to resubmit your Express Entry profile, if you wish to be a candidate in the Express Entry pool again"

and ive been trying to do another one, and it wouldnt let me go through it ... thank you for your help

I think you must answer one question " are you applied for express entry before " with option "yes" and go forward. Try this might help you to enter your profile again..

Your baby will not get PR. She or he will be a citizen of Canada by birth.

about applying for my own PR? .. yeah im still working on it, I will be going on maternity leave, but my employer is willing to give me administration position before i go so that i can summit that and get more points towards my application, hopefully that helps... i still don't have enough points

Nah, won't help.. just doing another job for a few weeks will not get you more points. How many points have you got at present?

im not sure how many points i got, it wont give me a scored.. and it wont be a job for a few weeks, its a position that i have been training for already and that i will be taking in full time after im done my maternity leave, its a management/accounting position... so i hope once i summit that on my express entry profile i will be able to qualify, i have to create a new profile, because the one ive already submitted, wont let me update and summit again... plus i am doing the proof of language test, since i finished school already 2 years ago, it wont give me the points, so i have to take the test and enter that in my profile too ... ahh all this is soo complicated, they made it soo hard, and it is not fair ... ive been in canada for 8 years already ... my life is here ... any more advise? thank you
