Would having a nose job done after biometrics affect my entry to Canada

Hello everyone,

I went under rhinoplasty after I gave biometric to enter Canada, would that affect my entry since there is some change in how I look? I look somehow different from my photo in the passport. Just in the nose.

Don't think anyone will have a straight answer for this. I guess just carry around your hospital sheet/bill with you as evidence, in case the immigration officer at the airport doesn't see the resemblance. After all, you still are the same person, even if you don't look the same.

Hi did immigration ask you any medical paper? I have a same situation. Is there any problem when you go to canada?
