We have CIC Permanent residency invitation which will be expiring on 02 Apr 2017. Appreciate if some one who have same experience, please advise on it.

My wife has 19 weeks pregnancy, we took advise from a lot of doctor friends, local Canadian family physician and DMP they all advised to not do X-ray until baby born. She completed all medical test except x-ray on 30-Dec-2016, she had last medical test on 04-Nov-2015 before coming to Canada first time for VISA processing which has expired on 03-Nov-2016 it expired slightly over a month since this exam . She landed in Canada in Jun 2016 after that she didn't go out of Canada. If We attach both old, new e-medical acknowledgement letter, pregnancy deferred letter and explanation letter, would it work for CIC to process my permanent application on based old x-ray record or would they wait until her new x-ray which she will go through after delivery?

Thanks in advance.

old medical report will not help, your profile will be on hold until the new x-ray report is submitted. For now just upload e-medical for your wife along with LOE about pregnancy.

I am in the same situation as well. LOE is not required as the letter given by the Clinic which conducts the medical test explains that the medical test was not performed as the mother was pregnant and that once the delivery is done the mother will have the XRAY done.
