Would a recent history of TYPHOID cause my application to be rejected?

I just received the request for medical documents to be submitted. Last month, I got typhoid and recovered from it.

Would a past history of typhoid or a person still carrying the typhoid virus but showing no symptoms be rejected? I'm happy that things are moving along, but worried about this subject.

Would greatly appreciate some insight...

Don't worry. It is not a serious disease. It is common in India.
In your medical exam, they will take your blood sample, urine sample and will ask you to get your chest X-rayed.
They just want to know that you are not suffering from any disease which will
cause panic in Canada or will be a burden on Canadian Government.
The purpose of X-ray is just to check that u r not suffering from TB.
The doctor will also check your Blood pressure, eye sight,ears will measure your height and weight etc.
So don't worry, go ahead, everything will be OK.
