I Sent my application to sydney back in November, just after sending the application I realised i have missed my wife's additional family information form. I thought since this application is INCOMPLETE it will be returned to me in first stage, so I shouldn't wait for it, and I sent another complete application.
On january 21st I received an email from FSW that my case is being recommended. they gave me a reference no and a receipt no of my payment. 1100 CAD (me and spouse)
On 11th March I received another email from FSW that my case is being recommened and they gave me another file ad another receipt no of my payment. 1100 CAD
Now when I tried to check my online application status.
Against both of these file no I got the same info which was as follows,
We received your application for permanent residence on 16 nov.
Eligibility review complete, we send you a letter on 21st January. blah blah
after this I wrote to chc islamabad about this, and asked them to refund me 1100 CAD against second receipt and file no. Very next day, I got an email from FSW, with my second file no put on top. It said we have closed your case, you will get a refund in 8-12 weeks.
I sent my full documents to CHC Islamabad with my 1st file no. Now yesterday when I tried to check my application status, I was shocked to see
Still both the file no were giving same information BUTTT
in addition to the two lines I mentioned earlier, it said application withdrawn on 11th March..
I have sent an email to CHC Islamabad already. But I am really worried. Because they will return my full documents because their records against both files no status would be withdrawn.
I am sure, this might not have happened to anyone earlier. But please tell me this is not something to worry and they will fix it soon.
