The timelines posted on the CIC web site aren't averages. The majority of people get through faster or much faster than the posted timelines.

If you wander over to the ND thread, you'll see many April applicants are receiving decision made. OP applied in March.

Oh - and I was the one who suggested joining the ND thread - specifically for the above reason.

I agree with scylla.
We have seen very different processing time for different VO. So follow the time of your specific VO. Also as scylla pointed out, the ND tread will give you better idea than the "offical VO processing time" which indict the time when 80% of cases that's done vs average time.
