Worried: Is it OK to submit HIGHLIGHTED documents?

Hi

Some of the original documents (ITR, salary slips) have few words highlighted in green highlighter, apparently a stupid practice by some of the officials in my province in India. It looks so 'not original' although the official stamp/signatures are in place. Being from a country known to have multiple forgery cases, I am worried whether they will be considered tampered.

Has anyone here ever submitted such highlighted original document and still got visa? I'm worried. Please share your thoughts.

I submitted highlighted documents. Haven't received my visa yet though. I don't think highlighting is tampering. Don't worry about it.
