i had sent my application via canada express post to
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 5Z2
Canada
but didnt realize that it should be put in another envelope before its put in the xpress post envelope
will this be an issue and i didnt mention on xpress post envelope Canadian Experience Class ,Centralized Intake Office,,,, :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\

No need to keep the documents in a separate envelope. Only thing you have to keep tag or clip.

Shouldn't the address be:

the one you entered is if sent through courier, but should reach the same destination I think.

what is regular mail and what is courier? I am planning to spending via Canada post so it's regular mail or courier.

courier was referring to canada express post , its quicker than regular mail and you can keep track
