Worried about Application Being Recived

I'm worried that people who applied after me already have their AOR. I need my application processed ahead of July 25th to keep my current job. And I know it will be tight so I want to make sure no balls are dropped and I follow through on everything needed. When do I need to start inquiring if they received it or do I just have to wait?

After checking on Immigration Tracker I see that people got AOR's mailed to them by post (not email) to China, India and France already (and they applied after I did). Mine is within North America - Vancouver to Buffalo. Just wondering if I should be concerned.

You can use the client ID number on your work permit to log into eCAS - check if there's any info there...

I sent my application in on the 15th of January. I just got the letter from Buffalo March 8th - it was stamped Feb 24th.

Do you know if we can go ahead with our medicals ahead of the request or if they are tough appointments to book on short notice?

Still wondering if I am allowed to get my medicals done ahead of receiving the request from CIC? On other forums (track it) people have been saying you can just take the application file number you get on your AOR form and have the doctor use it.

But here I saw someone else was told you need to wait for thr request for medicals from CIC because they will send form IMM 1017 with it.

Any feeback would be great. I want to speed up the process in any way possible. I was offered a work trip but they don't think its a good investment if I might be kicked out of Canada come July. And I guess thats fair but I've worked this stupid job for too long to loose out on the one perk!
