working without WP/help..

Hello everyone just want some help from u folks...if u may... I have a friend... He found a job last May soon after being laid off..He started working immediately as he needed money bcoz his mother was diagnosed with cancer..the problem is,,He was working while waiting for LMO and WP..In his payslip,,,all d taxes were deducted and workhours were declared...He started working May and recieved his work permit September.. what would b the effect of this if his gf will sponsor him for PR?

Im on a 1 year wp & trp since 2007 have 3 of them and worked in between extensens for few months ewery time, always did my taxes and ewerything and newer had a problem
Last time i extended my WP it took 6 months till it got approved so i worked 3 months without wp and the other 3 months i did some fancing and decking for cash
My laewyer addviced me not to work cose they can reject my papers
Thr officer called me on interwiev and asked me if i worked during that time so i told him No
Than he asked if thats tru cose i can find out
So i told him that i worked for 3 months without papers since the shop was busy
And stayed at home the other 3 on my savings
I contacted my boss and made sure the dates match and Approved my WP & TRP

I am new here ,i want to ask in how many weeks you got your WP after your interview about wp application bcz i did interview 2 weeks ago but i did not receive my one yet ....
