HI.
I don't know where and how to report this things...but I'm just concern about it.
I know a temporary foreign worker which working on a construction without any valid work permit and even LMO. He is previously working in McDonald's Company and got terminated last November 6,2012 and now having a sideline working on a construction site without his work permit on that employer.I don"t know exactly where is his work place but it is construction and based on him he received his salary in cash without taxes.
I don't have idea how these things go through..if he can stay or be deported..Actually his work permit in McDonald's valid until November 28,2012 only..and before he got terminated he already passed his application for a new permit but the thing is he got terminated because he violates some work rules..The point is he is working now in construction area without the work permit on that employer..and the previous work permit was alraedy expired.should I call immigration for this?
I already email CBSA but i can`t reach their contact number even the immigration canada.
