Hi please help, my appication for working visa hd been refused, i have my LMIA and contract but the letter said that i have been refused because of the bona fides of my employment history, my LMIA will expire May 3, 2015. Pease help me.

Sounds like you were rejected because they did not believe your employment history was authentic. What working visa did you apply for, an extension to your LMIA? How long have you already been working under this LMIA?

What they exactly mean by bonafide of the employment history? Do you have same work exp in your field? Did you submit the exp letter with your application?Confusedguy said:

CIC doubts you have the experience that you listed in your work permit application. What evidence did you include in your application to prove that you have the experience you say you have?

There are specific criteria that must be met in order for someone to be eligible for an open work permit. The link below has all the information.lisa1010 said:

experience letters are written by your employers and set out your duties, salary and benefits, dates of employment and job title. They must be signed and dated and written on company letterhead. It would be hard to prove you have the required skills and employment history without these.Confusedguy said:
I had another thought....and I could be out in left field with this one, but what if you applied for Express Entry and got PR first, then you would not have to rely on obtaining a work permit. You still have to get proof of your employment, but you have some time for that???
