Working visa received but not POE letter and status not updated in IRCC?

I have received my work visa but I haven't received the Port of Entry letter or Letter of Introduction from the IRCC online website. I reached out to Canada India and IRCC with Webform but I have no response received. What should I do? Should I travel without POE or it is necessary?
