Hi, I love you Jesus...You may apply if you have an LMO ( Labor Market Opinion), Job offer & Job contract from any valid employer in Canada,as i have read in another forum, some have completed 9 months only in U.A.E. and their TWP ( Temporary Work Permit) canadian visa was approved.
