Working through an agency: considered?

Hello there,

Hope you guys are on progressive tracks! I would appreciate your knowledgeable opinions on the situation below:

I have received a good salaried offer of employment at a company but via a staffing agency. Now, there is a slight confusion if this work experience will be considered for the CEC | Express Entry profile I will be filing later on.

If that agency suppling offer letter and salary package.also if agency considering you as there employee and made you to work in their client location.
Its Ok.if agency is a canadian registered company.
