My working permit with LMO will be expired on July. I have been got ITA, but i am not sure i should accept the ITA. If i cannot get my PR before July, it means my extra points will be gone. On the ITA, it shows you no longer have a valid job offer should make my application refused. In other words, i cannot have the original points after july. My case has to be rejected. What is that mean CIC can delay my application until my 600 points are gone. Then i have to re-apply my EE profile. :'( :'(

Is your job offer permanent or contract? If permanent, you should go ahead with application and apply for bowp. You will be fine even though you don't get pr before July. If a contract job, you should decline the ita. If not, you might be considered "misrepresentation ", which will be very serious.

Thank you!! I am sure my job offer is permanent. I have this working permit almost two years. I have been sent this permanent offer to CIC since I had to apply working permit.
