My immigration consultant refused to submit my immigration application because of my age. He wants to apply work visa for me which he says can be converted into PR after one year of landing in Canada. I need to need
Working permit visa can convert into permanent visa, if answer is YES then how many years after I can apply for PR?

There's no black and white answer based on the extremely limited information you have provided - you may or may not be able to convert your work permit into a PR visa. I will go through the provided cic web site link, since you people are expert you can confirm that my work permit can be converted into PR or not? If yes, then in normal cases how many years after one is eligible to apply for the PR?

If your a live-in caregiver you need to work 24months or 3900 working hours to your employer before you apply PR.
But Im not sure about other work field.
