Hi,

I am working 40 hours from Monday to Friday on my job. I want to do a second job on weekend comprising of 16-20 hours. Am I legally allowed for this as we are allowed to work Full time in summers but there is no specific maximum hours are mentioned for this.

Yes you can work more than 40 hours . You can work as much as you want as it says you are allowed to work full - time during your schedueled breaks. NO RESTRICTIONS

Just make sure you pay your taxes .. :)

Can you share your summer break period? Like from the last day of Winter classes upto the first day of Fall or upto the date of Registration for Fall?

28 backlogs is insane. I would say there's minimal to no chance of visa for you. IELTS score doesn't matter unless you had good scores in 12th?

I didn't give 12th exam I did diploma 3year course but my consultant is telling that I m eligible for St Clair college in Windsor so if I get admission acceptance letter then is there any possibility to get rejection in visa?

Yes, unlike other countries the visa officers do a thorough check of your profile that is independent from what the college does.
