Working in BC under NOC 2011 Group 2148

I came to Vancouver on a spousal open work permit (my wife is doing university & has a study permit valid until next year october).
My employer is cooperative & I wish to look at the possibility of applying PNP. Can PNP be applied for people already in BC & working ?
Any guidance will be duly appreciated..

Thanks, I have gone through the website before - but most of the material is geared to people trying to come in to Canada.
I didn't find anything relevant for people who are working with an employer. If someone has experience, pls advise.
Further even in the application kit - the forms as well talk about job offer etc wherein I already have a Job, permanent.
