Working in a Marketing Agency as a Graphic Designer: Am I eligable to apply for Alberta Tech Pathway?

I work as a Graphic Designer in a Marketing Agency in Edmonton. I was Looking on the list of eligable NAICS for this pathway and saw 5414 Specialized Design Services.
My employee doesnt know their NAICS code. So I was wondering if a marketing agency is under this code?
