Working in 2 companies to get 1 year experience?

Hi all,

Does anybody know whether you need to stay in 1 company to get the minimum 1 year experience? If I change companies before finishing a year, and start immediately with the new company, and the NOC codes for both jobs are the same, will having 2 companies in my application be an issue?

I'm trying to find a resource that can elaborate on this but so far no luck. Any suggestions?

Certainly possible. Doesn't have to be continues either:

Company A -> Gap -> Company B

You're good as long as both positions you held are in NOC 0, A or B category and the combined total of work experience duration is 1 year.

Just keep in mind to leave on good notes as you will need a reference letter from them when u file your PR.....
