Working Holiday Visa Refused!!!

Hi everyone,

I got a message from CIC yesterday saying that my working holiday visa was refused because my conditional acceptance letter had expired. I submitted all the documentation, including the police cert, to CIC before the closing date which was about 4 weeks since I had created a CIC account. Im just confused as im not sure if everything has to be submitted to CIC before the CAL expires or whether the CAL just has to be uploaded to CIC before it expires. Has anybody any advice on how I should proceed from here? Do I need to go through the entire process all over again?

I tried applying twice last year,First time it said the CAL was valid for 3months then the second time is was valid for 15days?I've no idea why that was..which is why it was refused as i thought it was valid for 3months..

Hello,

You should write to IEC directly from your IEC Kompass account and also attach the refusal letter. MyCIC decision is always final but IEC will issue you a new letter free of cost with some explanation for MyCIC so then you can reply using that letter.

I applied for TWP and MyCIC sent me a letter and they mention my CAL is not genuine then I ask to IEC and also sent them the copy of letter which I received from MyCIC then IEC sent me a new CAL with some explanation in favor of me. I am still waiting to hear from MyCIC. Hope to hear from them good news very soon.
