working holiday visa application

Hey friends..

I am in trouble with my application.
It all looked easy up to the point where I paid for my working holiday visa for Canada, and got emails in my compass account.

Then it said I have to fill out the "come to Canada questionnaire" which basically asks if I am eligible to come over and work. The questionnaire should offer me a personal checklist with a code in the end, so that I can create a myCIC account and apply for a work permit online.

But this is not happening. I have filled out the questionnaire 7 times now, and on the final page it shows this

which I assume is not a private checklist, and it has no code to proceed either.

I don't have much time to proceed and this is stressing me out.

What should I do?

With regard to applying for work permit.. I have already paid $150 for my working holiday visa. I do not expect to pay additional fees on top of this, but on the application page for werk permit it tells me I should.

I am getting very confused, angry to be honest, and there is time pressure.

Can anybody give me a link for what to do next?

Should I expect to pay for a work permit on top of the working holiday visa that I already paid for?
Why am I not receiving a personal checklist with a code to create a myCIC account?

You don't qualify for one. Only people from specific countries qualify.
