Hi, I applied for Working Holiday visa and I'm currently waiting for my eligibility assessment. I have a question about time interval between acceptance from IEC and entering Canada. I mean, I know I can be in Canada for 12 months under Workin Holiday, but when do I have to arrive? Like, how much time do I have to prepare (find place to stay, get insurance, etc.) Do I have to come to Canada in some specific time interval like eg. in two months after getting acceptance or can I plan my arrival for December 31st 2015 and it will still be fine? Or will this time interval be be specified in CAL?

Your CAL is only valid for 14 days. In this time, you need to apply for your work permit (Stage 2). Processing time is six (6) weeks. If/when approved, you will get a Letter of Introduction (LOI) which is valid for one (1) year. Therefore you can enter Canada within one (1) year to start your working holiday.

Oh, I thought I will have to specify when I plan to arrive and leave Canada in my application. Thank you. :)
