I can have reference letter from my previous company but when I asked them to put my duties there they told they can’t include duties because they provide letter only on their standard format. How can I proof my duties? ( there is not mentioned clearly in job contracts too )

you can have your HR manager or supervisor write the list of duties and sign it while providing his business card and append it

Okay I can get that from my supervisor. Problem is he can’t stamp it. He can give that just in a blank sheet only with his signature. Is it okay without stamp or letterhead?

I have read many forums and websites that suggest that if your supervisor does not sign work experience. Other options I can suggest are.

• If you were dealing with business associates or partner clients. They can also validate your work experience with their company letterhead.
• You department Assistant Director, Lead Supervisor or Senior Staff.

Hope these new options would get you what you are aiming.
