Working experience problem

Hi guys, I've been in the pool for a while with my 1 year working experience. Starting in December, my working experiences should be calculated as 3 years, but the score didn't update. I emailed them a few times, but only got standardized answers. Nobody really answered my question. Is my working experience really not 3 year yet or the system has a bug?
2017-01 2017-11 NOC-1112
2017-12 2018-05 NOC-1112
2018-05 2019-05 NOC-1112
2019-05 till now NOC-1112
It shows like this, and I didn't have one single day of a gap.

Please help me, I 'm planning my life path based on this, and the time frame is intense. But my score just won't update and no one can give me any clue what happened. The emails I wrote just gave me same shitty responses like "if your status changes plz log in your account blah blah"

Are those all with just one employer? If so, you can have it all in just one entry.

Also, the 1st and the 2nd Work xp has a gap of 1 month.

No it's not one employer, and I finished the first one on November 30 and started the second one on December 1. Is this making it look like a gap to the system?

You may have to enter as below if you can get the employer reference letters with proper dates, which would make it 3 years anyway.

2017-01 2017-12 NOC-1112
2017-12 2018-05 NOC-1112

The first one ended on November 30 and the second one started on December 1.
Thank you! I just changed my profile. Wish I knew it earlier because there won't be more draws in 2019, and January would be incredibly high ToT

Make sure you explain this in your LOE when you submit your APR - System does not let you to enter the actual dates, but point out the dates in the employer reference letters.

Thank you very much. I hope that's the only problem stop the system updating my score. If there's no draw tomorrow I'll change it back lol. If luckily there is, I'll get another letter from my employer.
