I will be sending my FSW application next week. My attorney told me I do not need any working experience letter right now. My occupationis among the 38. Should I go ahead and get the ltter right away or wait until they request it?

Thank you.

I did not say if I should send the documents. What I said was if I should get all the documentation and when they ask, I have them ready. I just do not want my IELTS and police certificate to expire.

Thanks.

You should really read the instructions. You include nothing with the application

if you are simplified application you are not gonna need it now but when they will process
if you are regular application you will need to have it before processing

from your talk it seems like you are simplified
but have all you documents ready from now and don't wait except for the documents that will expire like the police clearance
i would recommend you to prepare the documents as you are a regular application and wait untill the CIC process then they will ask for all the documents and you already have it..

These types of applications no longer exist. Look at the CIC website to see what are the types of applications presently.

hi.

I too think that you should start getting the documents ready.
About IELTS I personally feel that you should not to do it immediately say dec 2008 or jan 2009. The logic behind this is that if the visa people delay things your IELTS will expire( coz its for a year).
Where have you applied from?????
decide upon the timing of IELTS from that....
Somewhere in this forum/ elsewhere I saw that people who had applied from London in early 2008 their cases have already been decided upon. So If you are applying from london then you may sit IELTS early.

Rest about the police certficate................I have not been able to gather much information.

Please do share you opinion/ view ............
