Working experience calculation question

Dear fellows, I thought my score would have updated in December, but now it's still calculated as 1 year instead of 3 years working experience. I'm wondering when would my score be updated automatically. So far my work experience showed in my profile is:
2017-01 2017-11 NOC-1112
2017-12 2018-05 NOC-1112
2018-05 2019-05 NOC-1112
2019-05 till now NOC-1112
It shows like this, and I didn't have one single day of a gap.

It's probably a bug, contact them by webform, raise one for a technical issue and provide a screenshot of your experience in the work history table on the website.

Hi I wrote email to them, but they only replied to me with general answers, can't solve my problem at all. So I want to make sure again, is my working experience 3 years yet according to my post?

I have exact some question like you do. The only difference is that I am using part time. From my understanding, you should have 3 years of experience. Not sure if they have changed the rules or not.

By the way, how do you know that they calculated it as 1 year instead of 3 years? I am creating my profile but I do not see a score given by the website. I want to try different combos. Do i have to submit the profile before seeing the score? Can I modify the profile later?

I learnt that here that they will calculate it as 3 years once December started. I have been in the pool since March and always 450, so I know they haven't updated my score as working 3 years yet.
After you completed your profile, you will see score in the system. And yes you can modify it after you submitted
