Working/contracted hours

Hi Guys,
I managed to get reference letter off one of my companies i worked for 5 years ago... but i just checked the contract in my contract it says 35 hours per week which excluded an hours break, so logically i was down work for 40 hours a week but in contract says 35 hours, also the reference letter i have got now, says contracted hours 35.

Can you guys please suggest?

Also if you have 5 years of experience or 10 years does it matter points wise or we get same points ... for any number of years experience above 1 year?

Anything at or above 30 hours per week is full-time.

and about work experience do we get extra points for ever extra year of work, or person have 2 years work experience gets same points as off person having 7 years experience?

You get same points for 1-2 years and more for 3 years or more. The points max out after 3 years of work experience.

also can you please confirm what be the best body to send my degrees to get attested/verified like WES i think one of them is called.
Secondly, as stated i have done secondary school (intermediate in computer science), Bsc (IT), and than Msc (IT), do i need all of these verified or just need to get Msc one done to achieve maximum points.

Same goes for my wife she has done Secondary school, B.Com and than MBA...

Please let me know what degree we needed to be verified and which will get us to maximum points we can get from it...

Go with BSc and MSc for yourself and B.Com and MBA for your wife.

thanks, also would i be able to send all degrees in one request or need to raise different request, as 2 of my degrees are from my origin of country and my Msc is from UK.
And do we just send the a copies of our degree, as i have my transcript and degree for Msc, but after going through my file not iced i never picked my BSc(Hons) degree as i came to uk before convocation.
I have requested back home to get it off university and send me copies (so not sure if those copies can be send ahead?)

One application for ECA will cover all your degrees. However, you will need transcripts and degree/provisional degree copy for both of your qualifications.

The copies of mark sheets must be attested by the university. Your degree's photocopy is fine.

I don't believe there is any rule regarding not working currently or having a gap as long as you have more than 1 year of work experience.

You can calculate the points using the online CRS calculator on CIC website. Just google it.
