They are logistics parcel delivery company so they have connections with all over the world who delivers parcels such as fedex, ups canada. Other than that, they have no direct business with Canada and no offices prior to jan 2023.

I do have points more than 67 and I am eligible for fsw. My questions is even after getting more than 67 I still need to get proper CRS score right?
Yes you need to calculate CRS score. So no Canadian clients or business in Canada prior to January 2023.

They don't have any offices here when they hired me for part time. They did create new office last month but I was asked to continued the same. In this case, I am an independent developer(freelancer) and they are my clients. I typically send them the invoice and they pay me.
You would have been limited to 20 hours per week until theyeliminated the 20hrs/wk condition because you weren’t working in the US. As you described your situation you were self-employed in Canada billing the US company for contract work. If you were working for a US company directly you’d need a US WP. If you asked if you could work for a company abroad for over 20 hours the IRCC agent would assume you would be legally able to work in that country. Are you a US citizen or do you have a US WP? The fact that the US company had clients/customers in Canada would also mean that you weren’t legally able to work for that company from abroad.

There is also some lack of consistency in your story. You say you were working for a foreign based company but you were able to do your co-op at the company. Co-ops are usually limited to Canadian employers. Did the employer set up a Canadian office before you started your co-op?
