You can work until you receive notification that you have officially graduated, be it in physical form or in the online system somewhere.

What about if you apply to another program? Are you allowed to work until the study permit decision for that program is made?

I have the same situation, in my case our school posted in our school website our final grades. But our official TOR and letter of completion are still on process. Can I still work part time?
