Working after landing in Canada on PNP

Hello experts,

If I come to Canada on Province Nominee Program with having a job offer letter from one of the employers in Ontario, for how long I need to work for that same employer?
What in case if the employer gives lay off or I want to leave the job?

Until you get your permanent residency else your PNP will be revoked. If you have your PR, you can switch to any employer.

Thank you S.Gupta, but I forgot to mention the process for getting a PR..

The detailed question will be once I get a PR being in India after getting PNP approval, I will land as Permanent Resident in Canada, still I need to work for that employer for 3,6 or 12 months?
