I don't understand your question.

You are allowed to work a maximum of 20 hours per week. As long as you don't work more than 20 hours per week - you're fine and not in violation of your study permit and associated work permit.

9 to 12 $/hr.
An average 10$/hr
It is good, it means if somebody work for two days in a weak and 8 days in a month, he can earn avout 800 dollar, not bad. Beside on daily base some parttime job can be arranged.

The $800 is before tax. You will end up with less than that after tax.

International students will never pay the tax while they are students since the tuition/education/books credit they get will more then compensate for it.

$9.00 p/h??? Don't think this is legal in any province.

It is in some provinces if you are a bar tender or waiter / waitress:
