You don't qualify for an open work permit unless you meet very specific requirements such as having a spouse who is in Canada on a study permit or closed work permit.
So i can't get open work permit as an individual?wo is goinh first time to camada as a temporary residence of 4 years?
Open work permits are only issued in specific circumstances. It is possible to get an open work permit as an individual but you need to meet the requirements. For example, you could qualify for an open work permit if you first come to Canada on a study permit and complete a full time program in Canada at a university or college. Do you meet any of the open work permit criteria?

Jin henglin with ICCRC#R531921 confessing as a CEO of Acorn International Immigration Consulting Ltd.
I verified him on ICCRC official website and also message the company shown in his contact on ICCRC portal..the company verified him and send me the following mail
"We are pleased to receive your message. We want to confirm that the statement above is accurate. Acorn International Immigration Consulting Ltd is owned by Mr Jin Henglin, who is known as "henglinjin" and “jinhenglinbackup" on Instagram.
Please only contact these two accounts above to prevent any fraudulent activity from impersonators, as there have been numerous reports of fraud recently."
So should i proceed my case with him?or anyother person know him ?

I proceed my canada visa case with Mr.jin henglin.he give me an work visa approval letter and employement letter.and after investigating i have come to know that the whole process is scam and fraud!he offered me open work permit and nowi come to know that i am not eligible for it..til now i gave him total 5854 cad$..is there is any way through which i can refund it?
You have been scammed so you will not get your money back unless you talk to him personally. Your money is gone. File a police report. Report him to IRCC immigration council.
Sure, You can try that. He may not care so you probably will never get your money back. File with RCMP if he is in Canada.
