I would like to apply for FSW from India..I have all the requirements covered.
My issue is I was in Canada before on study visa.... and after completing studies got a work permit...I worked but struggled to find skilled job under category NOC O,A or B....because my field of study was marketing and it takes time to get become a manager or something. I did found a job in marketing but that was not considered skilled. So I apply for sinp....saskatchewan nominee program. I covered all the 960 hours etc requirements but failed to gove the approved job letter. Actually my employer applied for that but they never heard back from sask office.... I went to the sask office in regina...and they said you have to wait it can take few months as they have received a lot of those.
My work permit expired while I was still waiting for the approved letter..... I applied for an extension but got a refusal.
I left Canada with in 90 days after my work permit expired but I worked for more than a month without a valid work permit.
I have a good skilled job back home in my country and it falls under the FSW category. My problem is if I apply would I be able to get a permanent residency? Although I fulfill all the requirements but fear might get refused because I worked for more than a month after my work permit expired.
