Worked full time before applying pgwp

I graduated in May 2023 and started working full time without knowing the rule that we shouldn’t work without applying for PGWP. I got my PGWP approved in June. Now my concern is with regarding to CEC draw. Which month should I mention as my starting work month.

You're advising OP to commit misrepresentation. What if IRCC contacts the employer?

It's not like CRA won't have a history of the work. Remember, there's no time limit for misrepresentation.

Admit what happened and face the consequences. IRCC is known to throw pleasant surprises but it could go either ways. Once the OP starts misrepresenting, it stays forever.
