Hi,
I have worked as a Process Executive at Infosys’s for 12months. I am applying for Work Permit but the thing there is no such thing labelled as “Process Executive“ they called it “TECHNICAL SUPPORT “but the roles and responsibilities are similar in both the cases.
What I am supposed to do now?

On what basis are you applying for a work permit? If based on an approved LMIA, your NOC will be listed in the LMIA.

The problem is that there is no such thing called as “Process Executive” in Canada they call it “Technical Support” but my offer letter says Process Executive but the duties in both the cases are same as per NOC.
So, will it be relevant ??

Yes - this work experience will be counted towards PR.

I can't help you in determining which NOC to use.
