My work visa got rejected on following ground:
"I am not satisfied that the offer of employment is genuine."
How can this be reasonable if LMIA was approved.
Please help me understand this.

Was it a “fake” LMIA? Did you pay anything? NOC? LMIA expiry? Post the job offer and LMIA.

I worked so hard for this job application. The HR department was certain that I would add value to their company. I have a good travel history. Still I can't make sense of this rejection.

Are you outside Canada or inside Canada? which country are you from ?
Outside.

I have worked remotely for so many Canadian employers. Very unfortunate that my experience is of no value for the immigration process. Where as many employer value my experience and qualification.

I have always wanted to immigrate to Canada, that's why even belonging to a backward country I did my CPA-Canada. It was of no use. Very unfortunate.

My country is Pakistan. I think that can be the only reason why the case officer rejected my work visa application. I don't see any other reason.
Seems like that. You can call ESDC to confirm the lmia is genuine or fake. And you know the work permit refusing rate from your country.

I don't think this will make a difference. This was my only shot for a better future for me and my family. I strongly believe I was wronged here. I will be really grateful if someone can get me in touch with the relevant person / organization who could help me.

If you are 100% certain regarding the authenticity of LMIA document, then you can consult a legal immigration Lawyer to help you appeal on this.

You would need to hire an immigration lawyer in Canada and appeal the decision.

However if your employer is no longer willing to support you, then I'm not sure there's much point in doing that.

Not at all fake. I got the job on merit. Now my employer is also not willing to support me. I am just trying to figure out the reason for rejection.
Has this employer had any other LMIA processed in the past ?
Maybe they’ve had more than a normal company should request in the past

How’d you , and the employer get connected ?

If you were working remotely for other employers based in Canada , the VO might have felt why do you need to be in Canada ? Why couldn’t the work be done remotely from Pakistan ?
Maybe that’s why the VO mentioned it . That you’re in another country and you’ve done training specifically for Canada

And LMIA jobs are inherently temporary, not permanent, more so these days, and not guaranteed for approval

If you get a work permit using that approved LMIA, it's for that specific employer.
If your employer is not willing to support you, then there is no going forward with the closed work permit.
