Work visa processing times from Islamabad

Does anyone have information about how long it is taking to process a work visa from the Islamabad embassy? I am sponsoring a live-in nanny from there, and sent over the LMO. the entire application package was submitted on January 29, 2013 and since then we have not heard anything. The website says 16 weeks, but I'm not sure how accurate or updated that is.

i am also applying from islamabad pakistan, some people say that it takes nine months to process.but i dont know exactly how long it takes.
could you please upedat me aswell.

ISLAMABAD CHC 9 MONTHS.....

SOME EXPERT SAYS THAT THE APPLICATION IS ALSO SEND TO LONDON CHC FOR SOME TIME AND THEN RETURNS BACK TO ISLAMABD CHC....THAT'S WHY IT TAKES MORE TIME AND IS 9 MONTHS FOR ISLAMABAD CHC.......I AM STILL CONFUSED BY THIS.......IF ANY ONE KNOWS EXACT THING , PLZZZZZZZZZZ ADVISE.......MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE

Hi,
I am currently I am in the uk. I am applying for work permit and I contacted chc London. They said I have to applying from Pakistan in islamabad. Because my uk visa is running out in a month. Any 1 wants to applying from uk chc in London have to have three months visa reminding before application is made.
So I believe applications are processed in islamabad and not sent to London.
Could any plz plz tell us his or her application time fram who recently applied or resently got visa.
