Hi all,

I am a Reg. Nurse from India. One year before I got an offer letter from Capital Health care Alberta as a reg Nurse for one of the state owned hospital in Calgery. I started my initial reg. procedures with Alberta Nursing Regulatory body(CARNA) and received an Eligibility letter for Temp. Registration. Mean while Capital Health decided to freeze its International recruitings and I could not proced with my process.

Now Im seeks your help to assist me with alternate options like finding another employer in alberta. Im ready to work in care homes or clinics.

Another problem I face, this eligibility letter is not valid in other states like BC or Ontario, even though they have enough vacancies Im not able to secure a job there because of this.

I have passed NCLEX RN from USA. Kindly specify if this has any added benefits during my next step.

Any kind people please reply.

Try here:

BTW, did you know you can apply for permanent residence as a Skilled Worker if you have at least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse?

I checked the first link, but here the deatails are about Capital Health. They are still not recruiting RN from outside Canada. So I humbly request you to give me the details of any alternate employer in Alberta to sponsor me either for work visa or Provincial nominee program. I searched over internet, but one or the other way all the employeers are related to Capital health.

That is the reason why I look for small clinics or Home care centers to get an RN position. But these small centers does not have own sites for recruitment.. so people help me.

If you had read it, you would see that the first link is to the Government of Alberta website for healthcare professionals, which includes information on the PNP program, as well as a link to their job listings for the entire province, not just the capital region.
