Sir,

I am a fresh 4 year graduate; BS in Mass Communication and Media Studies from Pakistan, and have an experience of 3 months for a media organization. I have also worked as an article writer for more than a year. With a fluent English, I have media management, event management, creative writing and script writing, public speaking, administration, print and electronic news making and reporting, direction, public relations, advertising and promotion skills. How would be my struggle to apply for work visa in Canada? Would I be able to get PR? I have always seen my future in Canada, really worried :(
Awaiting response.

It will likely be very difficult for you to obtain a work visa in Canada without experience. To apply for a work permit, you need to first find an employer who is willing to offer you a job and that employer must then obtain an approved LMO (labour market opinion). As part of this process, the employer must prove they advertised the job in Canada and were unable to find a Canadian to hire or train for the role. Because the LMO process takes time and not all are approved, many/most employers aren't interested in hiring foreign candidates for job openings.

Without any experience or a job offer in Canada, it will also be very difficult for you to qualify for PR at this point in your life.

I would recommend you get a few years of experience before trying to make your move to Canada.

Alternatively, if you have the money, you could consider coming to Canada to do your Masters. Once you have finished your Masters degree, there's a chance you could qualify to apply for PR (no guarantees, but certainly a possibility). However this is obviously a very expensive route.
