Hello Friend,
I need help,
Actually, we apply for a work visa from Australia, My wife was the main applicant so after 3 months she got work visa but me and my son still wait for our visa and it's been 25 days when my wife got work visa so can you please help me they will give us visa or not and if yes how long they take for decision.

It can take several additional months to process aspousal visa. Unfortunately there's really nothing you can do but wait and hope for the best - good luck.

we submitted a file on the same time so why they take more time to process the file.
 
Your SOWP can only be considered once hers is approved. You should really renew your passport now while you wait. Is your wife working in a NOC 0, A or B?

If she only got the work permit today it could take a while to get your SOWP. The issue is that your visa will only until your passport expires so you should apply for a new passport.

No difference between NOC A and B. You still qualify for SOWP. Yes she should not wait for you to get your SOWP. Doesn’t she have an employer who is waiting for her? It is hard to estimate when you will get approval it could be next week but it could be months. You said she just got the work permit today. I assume her employer has been anxiously been awaiting the approval as well so she can start.

Hello everyone!
I am the main applicant and have two kids and husband. Hsband owp and kids Sp. I would like to ask if there are some people here who are experiencing delays in the approval of their visa because it has been 4 weeks that we are waiting now since we had our medical. Under PNP program applying for TRV. Please help me out. I tried to link my paperbased to online but no matches. I did many attempts but still cannot link.
