Work visa based on LMIA

Hi .. my husband has applied his work permit application on october 8,2021. He recieved biometric instruction letter on oct 11 and gave his biometrics on october 21, 2021. I want to know how much time should we expect for visa approval as process is under GSS and officially it requires only 15 business days.

currently they are processing applications between 11 and 17 July

15 days was prior to Covid.

but gss based applications are processed side by side. Otherwise there would be no difference in other application categories and global talent stream

Some GSS applications are getting through in 15 days and some are taking a few months. Unfortunately it's hard to say how long you might be waiting. Hopefully your processing time will be on the shorter end of things.
