how can i get the work permit in Canada?
You need to find an employer in Canada who is willing to give you a job offer and also get an approved LMIA.

There are no employers or jobs on this forum.

It is generally extremely difficult to get a job offer in Canada because the process the employer has to go through is too long and expensive.

If you want to try to secure a job offer, you'll need to apply for jobs through employer web sites directly or through job portals like LinkedIn. Be careful, there are many scam job offers out there.

Only if you have a job offer from an employer in Canada and that employer has obtained an approved LMIA.

Please will my proof of work experience be accepted for WORK PERMIT....please analyse my Case below...;

1.) ...I started working with company A from September 2015 to July 2017 full time. From September 2015 to January 2017 I was working as a National Service Personnel so my salary was non-taxable.

From February 2017 to July 2017 my salary was increased and I was taxed.

Was working as a Machinist during all these periods.

Worked for 12hrs a day and 72hrs a week.

2.) In June 2019 to August 2019 I worked with company B just for 3 months.

Also working as a Machinist. Worked for 8hrs aday and 56Hrs a week.

3.) In September 2019 to February 2020, I worked for company C as a Machining Inspector.

Worked for 8hrs aday and 48hrs a week.

My NOC code is 7231...I have all supporting documents.

Please will my case be accepted as a proof of work experience for NOC 7231 since I have all reference letters and pay slips. And how many years of experience will that be considering the working hours worked.

I HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON

THANK YOU

You can't move to Canada on an eTA and you can't get a work permit based on an eTA. All an eTA does is allow you to visit temporarily as a tourist. That's it.

If you don't know how you are going to apply for PR, then you need to start by researching Canada's immigration programs to understand the requirements, what it takes to qualify and if you meet the requirements. I would recommend that you start by researching the Express Entry program. This is a points-based program where those with the most points are selected for PR. You want to score 470+ to have a decent chance of being selected for PR. Information about Express Entry can be found here:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/works.html

Don't come rushing to Canada on an eTA expecting you'll be able to live here. That's not a good plan - it's actually a very bad one.

In general no.

If you have very specific skill that no other Canadian can do, and you find an employer that needs your skill, then you can ask them to apply for a close work permit for you with LMIA .

I have a temporary resident permit that is valid for more than six months. My spouse isn’t in Canada
Then no. You need to have an employer apply for a LMIA ($1000) and prove no Canadian or PR could be hired. Then you apply for a closed work permit.
