Dear bryanna and other senior,

Recently I contacted one company in Toronto Canada and they give me Job offer full time perminent. But they do not apply for me LMIA because lot of time and money waste and some other reason even they are not LMIA exempt my question is to all seniors members can possible without LMIA get work permit based on job offer ?Or other solution . My NOC 2282 category B reply highly appreciated.

They need to get an approved LMIA.

LMIA take approximate 6 month and lot of requirements that's why they don't want to apply LMIA any other solution like PNP? EE.

global talent stream
International mobility program.

This kind of program can get the work permit.
