I completed my studies in continuing care assistant and my husband is now on open work permit .now we want to apply for work permit is my husband can also get a open work permit.

If an employer want to hire a chef for a restaurant, is it restricted?

If the chef is hired for marketing purposes as well, ex: cooking and presenting and market the dishes to customers, can the employer get a LMIA?

Yeah I think it was a mistake on IRCC's side. But I think it's the same list for India as well.
