Hello myself Jaskaran Singh,
I recently applied in herzing college(Quebec) for Diploma of 2 years in Business administration course (jan 2019 intake). I got refusal from non spp college and it is my another chance. i want to know what is the possibility of getting study visa (my score in ielts -overall-6 ,speaking-6 ,listening-6, reading-6, writing-5). Is this college give me work permit after completion of my course?

Did you get visa refusal or admission refusal? If visa what was the reason?

This is a private college which generally you should try and avoid because they are terrible, for Quebec there are some specific program that qualify for PGWP for private colleges, you should ask your College to confirm if this program is eligible for PGWP.

Your IELTS is low so that might create issues with visa but really impossible to know for sure.

Your writing score is too low. You won't be approved for a study permit with this score. You must score at least 5.5 in each of the four categories. There is no point reapplying until you rewrite IELTS and achieve a higher score.

visa refusal because my agent was fraud and did'nt provide satisfactory language prove (ielts score card).
