Hi
Im seeking for urgent assistance for this.
My husband has work permit in canada which will finish my 2018 september. We have been married for 5 months now and Im still strugging to find a process to go to canada to live with my husband. I applied as a TRV and my visa got rejected. Then from the cic.ca website I was able to find out that I should apply for work permit. Is this correct. Also;

1. Do I need to do IELTS in order to apply
2. I have only a copy of police clearence report. Can I certify it through a lawyer as a true copy and submit
3. As i applied earlier and got rejected. Should I write a letter apologizing about the mistake I did applying as a TRV?
